Our Process
We design for you. Because of this, we begin the concept design phase with a flat rate meeting package for 1000DKK (VAT included), to understand your needs and the scope of the project. Included in the package is research of your property and the public archives around it. We are available to meet you online, at our office, or at your property. After the meeting, we present you with a non-binding offer for the design and construction phases.

CONCEPT PHASE
We conduct workshops with both clients and end-users at an early stage to tailor a design to your exact requirements. After this, we register your property by making careful measurements of the existing architecture. We develop two to three design options, depending on the scope and size of the project. Depending on the package, we use renders, sketches, or model building to communicate how the design will feel to you.

DETAIL DESIGN PHASE
We continue the process based on the concept design, with your feedback and comments integrated. Depending on the scope of the project, we need to work together with certified fire specialists or structural engineers, to ensure that the building is compliant for fire and structural codes. We prepare construction details and technical work descriptions and invite contractors to bid on the project.
CONSTRUCTION
PHASE
After the design and planning phase, construction begins. In this phase, we help to ensure that the greater picture is in order. We make sure that ventilation and electrical outlets are installed in the right places so that they do not clash with built-in furniture. Our role is to have a close dialogue with the contractor and workers on site, to make sure the work is performed correctly according to your wishes. We quality ensure the entire process together and problem solve any challenges on the spot.
